Custom is where three generations of jewellery-making come together — the sourcing knowledge, the design eye, and the hands-on relationships with jewellers, gemologists, and diamond dealers that only come from growing up in this industry.
Whether you're reimagining a grandmother's ring, designing something to mark a milestone, or starting completely from scratch with a stone you've been dreaming about, our process is built to feel personal from the very first message — not like submitting a form and waiting.
1. Initial Consult
We start with a conversation, in person at our Oakville boutique or over a call — about what you're picturing, who it's for, and what matters most to you.
2. design & inspiration
We gather inspiration images, sketch initial directions, and talk through metal, stone, and style options together.
3. sourcing
If your piece calls for a diamond or gemstone, we source it — from inherited stones you bring in, to newly sourced natural or lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones, matched to your design and budget..
4. rendering & approval
Before anything is made, you'll see a detailed CAD rendering of your piece, so there are no surprises — only adjustments, until it's exactly right.
5. production
Once your custom piece is complete we will coordinate the best complimentary
delivery date for you to receive your
future heirloom.
