The bespoke process
Custom is where three generations of jewellery-making come together — the sourcing knowledge, the design eye, and the hands-on relationships with jewellers, gemologists, and diamond dealers that only come from growing up in this industry.
Whether you're reimagining a grandmother's ring, designing something to mark a milestone, or starting completely from scratch with a stone you've been dreaming about, our process is built to feel personal from the very first message
1. Initial Consult
We start with a conversation, in person at our Oakville boutique or over a call — about what you're picturing, who it's for, and what matters most to you.
2. Design Process
We gather inspiration images, sketch initial directions, and talk through metal, stone, and style options together.
3. Sourcing Stones
If your piece calls for a diamond or gemstone, we source it — from inherited stones you bring in, to newly sourced natural or lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones, matched to your design and budget..
4. Rendering Approval
Before anything is made, you'll see a detailed CAD rendering of your piece, so there are no surprises — only adjustments, until it's exactly right.
5. Production
Following design approval, we begin forging your custom piece in the solid metal of your choice. Every step of the metalsmithing process is executed by our master goldsmiths in Toronto, Canada.
6. Delivery
Once your custom piece is complete we will coordinate the best complimentary delivery date for you to receive your future heirloom.
Your jewellery, reimagined
Have something already? Bring in inherited gold, gemstones, or an heirloom piece you no longer wear? We can redesign it into something you'll actually reach for — or apply its value as credit toward a new piece entirely
Breathing new life into sentimental materials requires a delicate touch and a deep understanding of structure. We honor the history of your original piece while completely transforming it to fit seamlessly into your daily rotation.
