Care & Repairs
Our pieces are made with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship. Should an issue arise due to a manufacturing defect, we offer a six-month service period from the date of purchase.
This does not extend to normal wear over time, accidental damage, or the loss of stones.
To begin a repair request, please email info@twentythreejewellery.com with your order information and images of the piece, or visit us in store at 150 Lakeshore Road East. Our team will carefully assess the item and advise on the best course of action.
